Useful link. I've just agreed to be the supervisor for a MSc project student looking to investigate "context aware communications using SIP" (SIP is Session Initiation Protocol)
This video could be quite useful in inspiring the student.

[edit] Wasn't there a HB idea (thought wished it might have been mine?!) which was to add an extra digit to phone numbers to reflect the urgency of the call?
