The rest of the competition entries are equally gorgeous - although I was amused to see the Strida bicycle in there. One of my college tutors designed it, and there were several students who bought them... but after a couple of 'spontaneous folding' accidents our enthusiasm waned rapidly

It's a lovely staircase, but I wouldn't want to have to move a sofa up it.
Probably easier to disassemble it and hoist the sofa up through the gap...
