It is none other than Scottish athiest philosopher extraordinaire and co-inventor of the laptop (with a Duke of Buccleuch) David Hume. Interestingly, both Hume and der Duke are sporting traffic cones on their heads this hot lunchtime, all the more impressive is that the Duke stands lifesize on a raised platform some 15 feet high!
